College of Communication students gathered for the two days celebration of COC Days themed: Reviving the Filipino Spirit though Language and Culture.
The Mr. and Ms. COC candidates heated floor on their first catwalk and introduction at the WVSU Grandstand where the opening program was held and students form each courses kicked off to the hip-hop dance competition.
Then simultaneous competitions occurred at the COC TV Laboratory and the PESCAR Gym during the first day of the celebration. While on the second day the remaining competition was held also at the PESCAR Gym including the Mr. and Ms. COC Pageant which it the most anticipated competition.
The students of COC including the University student council was present during the pageant and brought their own props to show support for their candidate.
The two days celebration wrapped up crowning Iris Ana Lissa Arboleda and Reymart Eufracio from the Bachelor of Science in Development Communication 1-A as Mr. and Ms College of Communication 2019 and will represent the COC in the upcoming University Week.
